I worked today from 7am -3 pm
7:30 am
coffee w/ creamer
8 am Breakfast
2 pkgs of instant organic oatmeal made with water
9 am Snack (funny thing to have at 9 but I have been up since 6, that's ok then right?!)
1 chocolate cookie (they smelled so good at my work that i gave in! and it was so chewy and-yummy=)
2 glasses of water
1 c. applesauce (to keep me from eating another one of those freshly baked double chocolate chip cookies)
1:30 Lunch
1/2 deluxe burrito split with Zee from mi mexico=
Flour tortilla
Shredded chicken
Cheese, lettuce, guac, tomato, sour cream, onions
14 chips w/ salsa (would have eaten alot more it i weren't bloggin!)
2 glasses of water
(Did NOT eat any refried beans and rice- I probably would have if I wasn't posting my food on this blog!!)
4 pm snack\
2 glasses of water
Applesauce
6 pm dinner: (didn't know I'd be having mexican food for lunch and dinner!)
taco salad= (homemade)
2 glasses of water
three bites of the tortilla shell (they really aren't that good for you, especially if you eat the whole thing. you might as well as order something other than a salad if you are going to eat the shell!)
ground turkey w/ taco seasoning on it
lettuce
tomato
salsa
sour cream
cilantro
a little cheese
fresh pieces of avocado
yah- I hit 9 glasses of water today-! As you can see I love applesauce; When I don't know what to eat, it's what I choose. For me it's sweet and I like it cold from the fridge! You'll see later that I do many things with applesauce!
I stopped myself at least four times today from eating something because I asked myself "Do I want to post this on my blog? " No. I wasn't hungry anyways- just my eyes were.Exercise: Fast and sweaty 30 min. walk with hill w/ my neighbor -
I am really struggling working out right now. I love the way I feel when I work out; it is just really hard to make it a priority- but this blog will hold to me to do it (and it's fun with my neighbor)! When I exercise I do it w/ intent. I intend to get sweaty and get my heart pumpin!
