Exercise: jog 20 min w/ friend to coffee shop & 20 min back

americano w/white choc. & soy foam
Lunch:
2 glasses of water
sandwhich w/
cheese, olives, pickles, cucumbers, mayo, basil
(ran out of lunch meat!)
rice crackers

Pinapple
bbg pork sandwhich
