Healthy and In Control

ok- so I really want to loose my last ten pounds! I know I am not fat. And it really isn't about the 10 pound number; For me it is about making healthy food choices and exercising. When I am doing those two things I feel strong.  

So who's with me?.............
It doesn't matter if you have 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50 or more pounds to go- Just make a commitment. If you do want to take this challenge of getting healthy, you can reply with your update of your food or exercise on my daily posts.  It might help to put it in writing for everyone else to see and hold yourself accountable!

My commitment :

1) I am going to enter everyday on this blog what I've eaten
2) I am going to exercise 4 days a week- I am not going to set specific days because then I can be flexible in my busy life - but I will post when I do exercise
3) I am going to drink 6 glasses of water a day (I know i need more but I'd like to be realistic)



I will also post periodic pics of myself so I can see what my results are from a cameras point of view!
