4/20 Monday- I DARE you to comment with your food journal too!

8:30 breakfast
2pkgs of instant oatmeal
coffee w/ creamer

1:45  Lunch  After school (grabbed food to go because had to pick up Elise from deb's)
Taco time light chicken taco
small white chilli
2 glasses of water

3 pm snack
small cherry coke slurpee(yummy on this sunny day in Bellingham!)
1/4 bagel w/ butter
2 glasses of water

1 red potato before I served the kids their dinner

6pm Exercise soccer game- ran hard, got sweaty!
at least 2 glasses of water during my game

8 pm Late Dinner because of soccer
salmon
red potaotes
salad
2 glasses of water
proably would have eaten more- but I knew I had to blog my food for everyone to see!

not enough fruit or veggies today but I'm working on eating only when I'm hungry right now!

  1. Copy Cat...I have been trying to keep a food journal for three weeks and have blogged only one week of it. I just wanted to see what my daily intake was and then see if I can keep up with more healthy eating. I think this is an awesome thing. I will add you to my healthy blog www.smileandrun.blogspot.com
    I am on with you. I have a motivation to stick with it. I would like to lose 5lbs only and stay there. So, I am in! It is a huge discipline to lose the last 5 or ten lbs. So, let's do it.
